This website is operated by Realistic Design NYC LLC (“RD NYC,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New York limited liability company. We are an independent dealer of custom window-treatment products and related interior design services.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may contain errors or inaccuracies. RD NYC reserves the right to correct any errors and to cancel or refuse orders affected by such errors. If payment has been processed for a canceled order, a refund will be issued.

16. Governing Law; Mandatory Arbitration; Waiver of Class Actions

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any online transaction shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and conducted in the State of New York before a single arbitrator.
You and RD NYC waive any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
