Between the Bead Inside Mount (Drill) Installation Option

This video demonstrates our standard installation option using 4 small footplates that drill directly into your glazing bead. This option is available for honeycomb, pleated, Venetian, and Roman shades. Requires a bead depth of 11/16” or greater.

Between the Bead Inside Mount Adhesive Strips (Non-Drill) Installation Option

This video demonstrates our between the bead adhesive strip installation option. The adhesive strips attach to the glass and you attach the shades to the footplates that extend out from the adhesive strip. No drilling required. This option is available for honeycomb, pleated, Venetian, and Roman shades. Does not require a minimum bead depth.

Face Mount Glazing Bead Bracket (Drill) Installation Option

This video demonstrates the face mount option using 4 small brackets that drill into the glazing bead on the front of the window. This option works well for windows or doors that do not have any bead depth or bead depths under 11/16”. There is also a Face Mount Adhesive Bracket Installation Option shown in the written instruction downloads below.

How to Adjust for Bowing on Wide Blinds with Compensating Tool

For blinds with widths greater than 47”, the manufacturer requires the top rail to be equipped with a mechanism that allows you to straighten the top rail in the event of bowing. This video explains how to use the tool to adjust the top rail.
